Position: Wine waiter – Luxury Cruiseline
Responsible for beverage sales and service in the station that is assigned to him/her in the dining room.
Essential Functions
Ensure all Hotel Operations functions are carried out in compliance with the line’s Environmental Compliance Plan (ECP).
Responsible to ensure that all aspects of Responsible Service of Alcohol policies and procedures are both met and adhered to by guests & fellow crew, within his/her designated area of responsibility.

Performs basic cooking functions within all galleys on board which involves buffet preparation and plate presentation in banquet and a la carte style. Maintains the line’s high culinary standard.

Responsible for all Food and beverage service related issues mainly in the QM2 Kings Court , Britannia Restaurant, Todd English, Crew Bar, Room Service and Boardwalk Café
Duties and responsibilities

Position: Guest admin officer
Efficiently expedites the clearance of the ship through the preparation of necessary accurate
customs and immigration reports. Ensures the collection of guest immigration information to
prepare manifests for customs and immigration authorities in ports of call. As a key player within
the Guest Services division provides the necessary support, lending assistance where needed, in
addition to clearance responsibilities as and when deemed necessary by the Guest Services
Manager.

Position: International Host
This position will provide specific language assistance and translation to non-English and international speaking guests in order for them to understand and enjoy all aspects of the cruise experience.
As a support role within Guest Services, this position lends assistance to the permanent international ambassador where and when needed and as deemed necessary by the Guest Services Manager.
This position is extended for the duration or a portion of a season or on a rotation basis. If an onboard employee from another area is chosen for this position, they will revert back to their permanent position code onboard after the assignment ends.
Position: Bar supervisor
Supervises and coordinates the activities of teams engaged in preparing and serving
beverages in a variety of bar and lounge venues onboard the vessel.
Position: Beverage Supervisor
Overall responsibility for shipboard beverage operation. Directs the bar function and
associated activities throughout the vessel by performing the duties described below
either personally or through subordinate supervisors.
